Blueberry-Green Apple Yogurt Parfait


Ingredients

1 pint Blueberries

2 cups Greek Yogurt

1 Tbsp Honey

Granola

1 Green Apple

1/2 tsp Lime Juice

1 Tbsp Mint, Torn 

1 oz, Toasted Slivered Almonds

Preparation

Whisk together greek yogurt and honey.

Use a Japanese Mandoline with a medium slicing insert to cut your apples into very small batons. Alternatively, use a sharp knife to cut thin slices of apples, than lay them flat and cut into batons. Toss them with some lime juice to prevent browning.

Toss the apples and torn mint

In your bowl, layer the greek yogurt, than add the apple-mint mix, blueberries, granola, and slivered almonds.
