Intimate Live Events
We’re all learning how to adjust to life in a pandemic. While full scale gatherings, speaking events and food festivals are on hold for the time being, if you’re hosting an alternative to a traditional event, please feel free to get in touch. Provided the event follows health and safety guidelines, or is held remotely, Chef Garces will work with you to determine if his participation is possible.
Chef Garces is eager to participate in traditional in-person events with no restrictions again as soon as possible. Until then, stay safe!

A renowned restauranteur, entrepreneur, The Next Iron Chef winner, author and more, Chef Jose Garces has a rich and unique story that allows him to compel any audience. Born in Chicago to Ecuadorian immigrants, Chef Garces is a proud leader and role model in the Latin-American community. A lifelong student of a range of classical cooking styles and techniques from around the world, Chef Garces’ versatility in the kitchen echoes his many accomplishments and endeavors outside of his chef’s whites.
Chef Garces is widely regarded as an authority in Latin cooking, and he has published two successful cookbooks—Latin Evolution and The Latin Road Home—the latter of which highlights the distinct and rich foods and cultures of Ecuador, Spain, Cuba, Mexico and Peru. He is also the founder of an ever-growing number of restaurants located across the country.
