The food culture of Japan has long been a huge inspiration for Chef Garces. Starting with his travels to Tokyo to compete on Iron Chef America and continuing through his other culinary journeys to the region, Jose has held a great appreciation for the flavors, techniques and care presented in Japanese cuisine.
Shokutsu, meaning “foodie” in Japanese, is Chef Garces’ private development studio and lab where he creates new menus and concepts. Tucked away in East Falls, this hidden jewel is occasionally available for private dinners, demonstrations and instruction.
Join Chef Garces at his own exclusive cooking studio, where he will personally prepare a variety of his most creative and elevated dishes in a private and intimate setting.
Whether you are looking to entertain clients, host a special work event, or gather with your closest friends, Jose will personally connect with you in advance to curate an unforgettable experience for your entire group.
