JG Essentials Dredge
Ingredients
2 cups AP flour
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried sage
Preparation
Mix to combine.
Marinate Chicken Wings for 24 hours. Remove from marinade. Dredge in flour mixture. First, fry at 275 for 12 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to rest. Second, fry at 350 for 1.5 minutes.
To make hot honey: Mix ½ Franks Hot Sauce, ½ Honey.
Dredge amount is perfect for 12 whole wings.
