Chipotle Remoulade
Ingredients
16 oz mayonnaise
¼ can chipotles en adobo, chopped fine
⅛ bunch chives, chopped
¼ bunch parsley, chopped
¼ bunch scallions, sliced
½ each shallots, minced
3 tbsp capers, chopped
Salt, to taste
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Fold ingredients together until well-combined.
