Chile de Arbol Salsa


Ingredients

2 tbsp  chile de arbol, remove stem and seeds

7.5 oz onions (1 ea)

7.5oz plum tomato  (2 ea)

1 tsp garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp cumin seeds

4.25 tsp sesame seeds

1 ¼ cups apple cider vinegar

½ tsp all-spice berries

12 oz water

salt

1 oz blended oil

Preparation

Start by toasting chile de arbol, whole cumin seeds, and sesame seeds until the natural oils start to release from the seeds and give off a nutty aroma. Toss. move seeds to one side, add oil and aromatics to the other side and cook.

Blend all ingredients together. After about a minute, emulsify with blended oil. 

Allow to cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes
